Service Description
We offer a complimentary 60-minute consultation for school leaders who want to better understand how Luella Mae Learning & Advocacy can support their team. During this call, we’ll discuss your school’s current challenges, review any existing systems, and identify key areas where support may be needed. You’ll receive expert insight on what services would be most beneficial—whether that’s improving IEP processes, ensuring compliance, training staff, or strengthening your data tracking systems. 📌 This call is required before receiving a formal service quote, as all recommendations are tailored to your school’s unique needs and goals.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling and Rescheduling: The tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance, subject to tutor availability. Any requested changes to the scheduled sessions should be made at least 24 hours before the session's start time. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the first session, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued after the first tutoring session has commenced. Missed Sessions: In the event of a missed tutoring session without prior notice, no makeup session or refund will be provided.
