Luella Mae Learning & Advocacy supports schools, educators, and families by ensuring legal compliance, equitable access, and high-quality special education services. We provide consulting in case management, IEP/504 implementation, and data-driven intervention systems—empowering schools to meet their obligations while centering the needs of every learner.

Meet Natosha M. Allison

Natosha M. Allison is a dedicated special education consultant with over a decade of experience championing equitable access and legal compliance in schools. Her journey in special education began as a substitute teacher, which led her to various roles—including paraprofessional, classroom teacher, and ultimately a leadership position overseeing the special education department.
Natosha has served in both public and charter school settings, where she has led IEP and 504 meetings, facilitated MTSS implementation, and played an active role on Behavioral Health Teams. She has trained teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on effective data collection, progress monitoring, and making data-informed decisions aligned with IDEA and Section 504 requirements. She has also developed and implemented systems that improve compliance, strengthen service delivery, and enhance staff accountability—always with a focus on equitable student outcomes.

As a Doctoral Candidate in Special Education, Natosha holds a Master of Education in Special Education with endorsements in Learning Behavior Specialist and English as a Second Language, along with a Master of Business Administration. This unique combination of instructional expertise and business acumen allows her to bring both strategic and practical solutions to the schools and families she serves.

Before entering education, Natosha held roles in business compliance, licensing, and financial services—experience that sharpened her attention to detail, documentation, and regulatory standards. That same precision now drives her consulting work.
