Compliance Audits
We conduct detailed audits of existing student files and service plans to ensure legal compliance and best practices. Schools receive a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations to address any areas of concern.
Staff Training and Professional Development
We offer customized workshops and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators on topics such as:
-
Effective classroom interventions for ELLs and students with disabilities
-
Data collection and progress monitoring
-
Behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
-
Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) and service delivery options
Paraprofessional Utilization and Justification Support
We assist schools in determining when paraprofessional support is appropriate, developing data-driven justification, and training staff on maximizing paraprofessional impact through proper deployment and documentation.
Intervention Design and Implementation Coaching
We partner with general and special education teams to design, monitor, and refine intervention systems, including MTSS/RTI models, for students at risk. This includes selecting interventions, training staff, and tracking fidelity.
Parent Advocacy and Support Services (offered in collaboration with schools)
We provide guidance to parents navigating the special education process, including help with understanding evaluations, advocating during IEP meetings, and accessing services.
Interim or Virtual Case Manager Placement
Schools facing staffing shortages can contract us to serve as interim or virtual case managers. We ensure continued compliance, communication, and service oversight until permanent staff are hired.
